If it is outside of our regular office hours (Monday- Thursday 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.), our phones are transferred directly to Dr. McKay. If she misses your call please leave a message, and she will promptly return your call as soon as possible.

Our emergency treatment follows the same payment policies as our normal treatment. All treatment plans will be discussed before any treatment is performed, and our financial team will review all payment options to ensure we can accommodate your dental visit.
Am I Having a Dental Emergency?
A dental emergency refers to any urgent dental problem that requires immediate treatment to relieve intense pain, control bleeding, preserve a tooth, or address a severe infection. Tooth abscesses and severe infections can turn life-threatening and should not be ignored. If you are unable to contact us and are having trouble breathing/ swallowing or the swelling is impairing your vision you need to seek urgent care at the nearest medical facility.
You are having a dental emergency and need to contact us immediately if any of the following statements apply to you:
- I have a tooth knocked out.
- My tooth has been chipped or cracked.
- My mouth is bleeding and won’t stop.
- I’m in extreme pain or am experiencing severe swelling in my gums, mouth, or jaw.
- I have a toothache and swelling in my cheeks or face.
- My jaw is injured.
- My tooth is loose or misaligned.
